A Real Estate Trade Association

It is the mission of the Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore, Inc. to enhance the academic and economic status of our members and the communities that we serve, by planning, conducting and effectuating timely educational, community and civic programs that will empower all; and enable our ultimate goal of "Democracy in Housing" and equality in general, to be obtained at the earliest possible moment.  It is our goal to ensure that all, particularly the under served and under represented, have equal access and opportunity to fully participate in the fruits of our country and the knowledge and ability that is necessary to secure the American Dream and all related benefits.

Goals & Accomplishments:                                                                                                                                                                     Develops continuing education classes (free for members);                                                                                                              Offers leadership training;                                                                                                                                                                Works with city, county, state, and federal housing agencies and gives input on the needs of its members and the community;      Partners with banks, title companies, surveyors and suppliers to develop programs to serve the community;                                    Hosts regional and national conventions to keep members abreast of industry trends;                                                                      Participates in a national referral network and directory;                                                                                                                 Has representatives in the local Real Estate Commission                                                                                                                Grant awards for accomplishments in sales and service;                                                                                                                   Earns professional designations in appraising, property management, commercial and industrial real estate, contracting and                   developing, investment and sales;                                                                                                                                                   Gives annual scholarships to high school seniors;                                                                                                                            Participates in an annual career day at local schools;                                                                                                                     Recognizes the achievements of community leaders at an annual banquet;                                                                                   Helps repair and renovate homes of the elderly, participates in bone marrow and blood drives, donates refreshments to students as          pretest nutriment, and provides many other services to the community;                                                                                           Markets new home projects;
Upholds a strict code of ethics to insure the fair treatment of the public and other real estate professionals.
